Hi everyone! So Review time! This time I will be reviewing this amazing orange wig from L-email so let’s get started!

Hola a todos! Hora de un review! En esta ocasion estaré hablando de esta increíble peluca naranja de L-email, así que empecemos!

Customer Service:

L-email has an amazing customer service/communication! You can contact them through their facebook or through e-mail and they reply quickly and are very helpful, they try to assist with whichever concern and they also answer every inquiry.

You can even ask them about an specific character and they will try their best suggesting the appropriate wig for it.

They also have listed a character to some of their wigs which can be very useful. (For example, mine appears as recommendation for either Asuka Langley or Mikuru Asahina)

L-email tiene increíble manejo de su servicio al cliente y comunicación. Pueden contactarlos por su facebook o su e-mail y siempre responden, lo más rápido posible (considerando la diferencia horaria) y además tratan de ayudar con cualquier preocupación o duda.

Puedes pedirle consejo sobre un personaje específico y darán sus recomendaciones.

Además tienen en algunos de sus modelos ya puesto personajes lo que ayuda mucho (Por ejemplo la mía aparece como recomendación para Asuka Langley o Mikuru Asahina)

Shipping:

I have to put a little note here that is the fact that I asked for express shipping, so mine was sent through DHL Express(which is more expensive), because I will be traveling soon and also because since I live in Mexico, when they send through China Post it turns into Correos de Mexico here and it can take too long for some stuff to arrive. ANYWAYS, they sent the wig quickly after payment was confirmed and I appreciate they have multiple shipping options.

Besides, the package of my orange mikuru asahina/Asuka straight cosplay wig was cute and safe.

Como pequeña nota, mi peluca llegó por correo express (DHL, que es mas caro.), yo elegí la opción por varias razones,viaje y además como vivo en México ahorita, la opción estándar de envío es con China Post que se vuelve Correos de México y ehhh… a veces las cosas se pierden o tardan mucho en llegar. En fin, L-email envió la peluca rápido luego de confirmar el pago y aprecio que tengan varias opciones para el envío.

Además, el paquete en el que envían es lindo y mantiene las pelucas a salvo.

Quality

So, the quality of the wig itself is amazing, the fibers are nice, soft and have great color, the wig has great amount of hair so you can’t see the wig net underneath. It doesn’t tangle easily and that’s great.

It is also very accurate to what they depict the wig to be which is very important since the images from the page is all a person has before buying.

The pricing is also great, they have amazing options with great prices.

La calidad de la peluca en sí es increíble, las fibras son lindas, suaves y tienen un excelente color, la peluca tiene bastante cabello así que no se puede ver la malla de abajo y no se enreda con facilidad lo cual es grandioso.

Además es muy fiel a lo que dicen en la página que es, se ve tal como en las fotos lo cual es muy importante porque lo que está en la página es todo lo que tiene la persona antes de comprar.

Los precios también son geniales, hay muchas grandes opciones con excelentes precios.
