EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At L-email Wig, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receipt. Please see our guideline below for details.

 

15 Day Returns Warranty

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from L-email Wig, please email us at services01@wig-supplier.com. You can return the product, unused and unworn, within 15 days after receiving the delivery.

 

Returnable & Exchangeable Items

1.Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival
2.Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3.Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) within 15 days of the order delivery date.
3.All returnable or exchangeable items must have the product tag attached and are in their original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-exchangable Items

1. Items outside the 15 days warranty time-frame.
2: All custom-made items can not be returned or exchange.
3: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
4: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
5. The clearance items, lucky bag can not be returned for a refund.

NOTE:
All returns must be authorized by the L-email Wig Team

1: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package andthe parcel is returned back to us.

2: 20% restocking fee will be charged, if the return is not authorized. Thus, 80% of the total cost on the order can be refunded.

 

Returns Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 
1.If your item is returnable (see above),pls email us at services01@wig-supplier.com ,provide following info:
   Order number
   SKU number or product name
   Reason for return
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you our return address.Pls noted that don't use the shipping address on the package.
3.Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. 
After this, please note the refund times below: 
For credit card refunds, please allow between 10-20 business days for the transaction to process. 
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 
For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.


Return Shipping Costs & Address

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. We are now happy to announce that USA customers can return items to our USA warehouse. All of our otherworldwide customers can return to L-email Wig warehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items.

1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. 
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

 

CANCELLATION

  • There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
  • Any cancellation for orders placed on our website after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee.
