30 Day Returns Warranty

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from wig-supplier.com, simply contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 30 days after receiving the delivery. We will always offer the best solution for our customers.

Returnable & Exchangeable Items:

1.Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival
2.Items received in the incorrect color/size.
3.Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 20 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable & Non-exchangable Items:

1. Items outside the 20 days warranty time-frame.
2: All custom-made items can not be returned or exchange.
3: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
4. The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.

Delayed/Lost Packages

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If a package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will email the customer to change the shipping address or call your local deliver company, if you didn’t deal with it, then we won’t give you the refund.

In addition, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc.

Customs Duty

If a package is returned to L-email Wigs because the buyer did not claim or pick up the package, we will only provide store credit for the product price, shipping charges will not be included.
