SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All the items we carry have their own dispatch time that you can review on each product page. For example if you see“Processing Time: Within 3-5 Business Days" we will ship up to 5 days of receiving your payment.Most of our products are in-stock items.
The processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers after we ship the parcel out. If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder or contact email@example.com
DELAYED & LOST PACKAGES
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If the package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will email the customer the resend shipping fee.
